Lauren is dedicated to managing client wealth strategically, prudently and efficiently and loves to see successful women realise their financial goals. Lauren assists clients with financial strategies ranging from innovative wealth creation to superannuation and retirement planning solutions. Lauren's skills and knowledge on complex investment structures and strategies provides her with the expertise to specialise in the area of Self-Managed Superannuation.

Lauren has been involved in the financial services industry since 2004 and joined FMD Financial in 2006. Having been mentored by the Directors of FMD, Lauren is an integral part of the advisory team who provides strategic advice to our valued clients.

Nick specialises in providing strategic advice in relation to superannuation, retirement income streams, wealth creation, personal and business insurance, investment portfolios, managed funds and asset allocation. Nick has been involved in the financial services industry since 1998. Prior to working at FMD Financial, he was employed in various roles within the superannuation and wealth management areas of a global consulting firm.

Nick commenced his employment with FMD Financial in April 2007. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree as well as a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning and is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional.

Michael joined FMD from Investwell Financial Planning as an Adviser with fresh ideas and enthusiasm in 2012.

Michael started his career in the financial services industry in 2001 as a paraplanner, writing technical plans and formulating strategies. From there, he moved to a planner role for a small boutique financial planning firm, where he quickly established valued relationships with clients who grew to depend on him for his advice and expertise.

David provides advice to people in both the wealth accumulation and retirement phases to help them establish and achieve their financial and lifestyle goals. David is able to achieve this by providing high level strategic and investment advice combined with a disciplined review process.

David joined FMD in 2010 and is a Principal Adviser in the Melbourne office. David's experience in the financial services industry began in 1989, in the superannuation administration field, before moving to financial planning in 1996. Immediately prior to his role at FMD Financial, David worked at a large multi-national private bank, specialising in personal financial strategies and investments for high net worth individuals, business owners and executives.

Jason helps time-poor professionals tackle the financial challenges life throws at them. From career change to retirement planning, relationship separations, redundancy, funding kids’ education or planning for parents moving into aged care. He has worked closely with the founding directors at FMD Financial for almost a decade, providing strategic and investment advice to our clients.

Jason develops long-term relationships with his clients and they value knowing they’re not alone in planning for the future and protecting their family. He sees himself as a personal financial coach, supporting clients with the latest information and strategies to manage their money and build wealth.

Jason joined FMD Financial in 2008 and is a degree-qualified Certified Financial Planner (CFP) with a B.com, Accounting.

Aaron joined FMD Financial in 2005, became an Authorised Representative in 2007 and attained his Certified Financial Planner (CFP) qualification in 2012, which requires adhering to the highest professional and ethical standards in the profession. As an integral part of the Melbourne advisory team, Aaron provides prudent and strategic advice to FMD clients and articulates a clear plan for clients to develop their own success through a disciplined and professional approach.

As a fully qualified financial adviser, Aaron's broad skills and knowledge have provided him with the expertise to deliver a full range of financial planning advice and services to a number of corporate superannuation plans as well as new and existing clients, specialising in tax minimisation strategies, self managed superannuation, investment structures and retirement planning.

Richard established FMD Financial (Adelaide) in 2004 and is a Director, Adviser and Chair of the FMD Investment Committee. Richard has worked in the financial services industry since 1989 as a manager of a financial planning office, an investment analyst and actuarial analyst for a large multi-national financial services group.

Richard specialises in superannuation strategies including Self-Managed Super Funds for wealth accumulation and retirement planning, investment portfolio management, direct shares and investment research.

Richard focuses on assisting clients accumulate, manage and protect their wealth, providing advice that helps clients achieve their goals and aspirations. Richard's clients can expect a lasting relationship secured by trust, personalised service and professional advice.

Daniel joined FMD in 2007 as an Adviser upon relocating to Adelaide from Melbourne. Daniel has been involved in the financial planning industry since 2002.

He brings to FMD Financial a broad technical knowledge base and has developed a reputation for providing high quality service and advice to his clients. He assists his clients meet their financial and lifestyle goals through strategic and personalised planning.

Martin has been in the financial planning industry since 1984, starting with a medium-sized practice in London, where he became their youngest director in 1992. He has continued in this industry since moving to Australia in 1999.

Prior to establishing FMD Financial (Queensland) in 2004, Martin was a Senior Adviser with a multi-national human resource consulting group where he sat on the National Investment Committee and where he helped a broad client base achieve their financial and lifestyle goals through expert advice including retirement, redundancy, wealth accumulation and Centrelink strategies.

Anna has been involved in the financial services industry since 2003 and joined FMD Financial Adelaide in 2009 as an associate adviser. In 2013 Anna moved to FMD Financial Brisbane bringing a broad technical knowledge base combined with a genuine interest in improving the financial well being of clients.

Anna's skills and knowledge provide her with the expertise to deliver comprehensive advice across a broad spectrum of financial issues; spanning from wealth creation, superannuation and personal insurance through to pre and post retirement planning and Centrelink strategies. Anna provides a personalised and dedicated service and has developed strong relationships with many clients as a trusted coach and navigator in their financial journey.
