The FMD Group has 3 key areas:
- FMD Group Board comprises of 5 independent members, Director/Advisers and a General Manager, Chairperson. The role of the FMD Group Board is to set the strategy and direction for the whole Group.
- FMD National Group lead by the General Manager, deliver operational strategic support for systems, templates and processes for FMD businesses nationally. The National Group also assists in the business decision making and in the development of marketing strategies, promotional campaigns and client communication.
- FMD Investment Committee works closely with FMD National Group to deliver to our client’s quality investments, products and services. The Investment Committee is made up of 4 Directors/Advisers and 2 external consultants.
